Brand kit

Humanbased Brand Guidelines

A complete system for presenting Humanbased clearly, consistently, and with care across product, web, docs, social, and partner touchpoints.

Overview

A calm technical brand for human-aware AI software.

Humanbased should feel exacting without becoming cold, premium without becoming ornamental, and credible without hiding behind enterprise language.

Calm by default

Use restraint, whitespace, and neutral surfaces before adding emphasis.

Precise in details

Keep type, spacing, and asset usage consistent so the brand feels engineered.

Human in tone

Write plainly. Avoid hype, inflated AI claims, and generic “future of work” language.

Naming

Humanbased is one word.

Always spell the name with a capital H, no hyphen, and no space. Use it as the company and product name unless a named initiative requires a descriptor.

Use

Humanbased, Humanbased AI, Humanbased Brand Kit.

Avoid

Human Based, Human-Based, Humanbased app, HumanBased, HB in public-facing copy.

Usage

Give the assets room to breathe.

Clearspace, minimum sizing, and misuse rules keep the brand recognizable across partner pages, docs, social avatars, and product surfaces.

Clearspace

Minimum 1x, measured from the height of the symbol. Prefer 1.5x in hero and partner layouts.

Wordmark minimum

Digital: 120 px wide. Print: 28 mm wide. Never compress the wordmark to fit a slot.

Mark minimum

Digital: 24 px. App and social usage should be 48 px or larger for recognition.

Do not recolor

Avoid arbitrary accents, gradients, and decorative treatments.

Do not distort

Never stretch, squeeze, rotate, skew, or redraw the mark.

Do not combine

Do not merge Humanbased with partner marks or unrelated graphics.

System

Implementation-ready color and type.

The public palette is intentionally monochrome. Use color as a semantic layer in product UI, not as decoration.

Product expression

Quiet, useful, and legible.

Brand usage in product should support repeated work. Use neutral panels, crisp borders, compact controls, and precise state language.

Agent memory

Memory sync is active and secured for controlled product context.

Developer docs

Use monochrome contrast, concise copy, and high-signal examples for technical audiences.

Applications

Rules for real-world usage.

The brand should remain credible across social assets, partner materials, event pages, docs, screenshots, and export packages.

Imagery

Use real product UI, documentation moments, workflow diagrams, and human-scale scenes. Avoid generic AI abstraction.

Co-branding

Keep equal optical weight. Separate marks with clearspace and never lock Humanbased into another company’s logo system.

Accessibility

Maintain contrast, write useful alt text for logo downloads, and never communicate status with color alone.

Download

Package assets predictably.

Publish the asset package with canonical filenames and usage notes so teams can use the system without asking for clarification.
